Refund Policy
Request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
1. How payments work
Chatref runs on a pay-as-you-go model. New accounts receive $50 in free credit on signup, and you buy a one-time coin top-up when you need more.
All purchases are sold and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the authorised reseller and seller of record for your purchase. This Refund Policy works alongside the Paddle Buyer Terms and the Paddle Refund Policy.
2. The 14-day refund window
You can request a refund within 14 days of the date of your purchase. Approved refunds are returned in full to your original payment method.
3. How to request a refund
You can request a refund in either of these ways:
- Email us at hello@chatref.ai with your Paddle receipt or order reference, or
- Use the "View receipt" link in your Paddle confirmation email, or visit Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net and choose "Request a refund".
4. How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued by Paddle to the same payment method used for the purchase, where possible, within 14 days of approval.
5. Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights. Where local consumer protection laws give you additional or non-waivable rights, the highest level of protection always applies.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
