1. Nature of service

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all services offered by Lemaistre Lab Technologies LLP ("Chatref," "we," "us," or "our") through the Chatref platform at chatref.ai.

Chatref is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that lets businesses build, deploy, and manage AI chatbots trained on their own content. All services are delivered digitally. There are no physical goods, shipments, or deliveries involved.

2. How the service is delivered

Account activation. When you sign up at app.chatref.ai, your account is activated instantly. New accounts automatically receive $50 in free credit, with full access to every feature.

Credit top-ups. Chatref is pay-as-you-go with no subscription plans. You can top up your account at any time (minimum $10). All purchases are sold and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and the purchased credit is reflected on your account within minutes of payment confirmation.

Platform access. Chatref is available through:

• Web dashboard at app.chatref.ai, from any modern browser.
• Embeddable chat widget, a code snippet you paste on your website to deploy your chatbot to visitors.
• API access, for programmatic integration.

No downloads required. Chatref is entirely web-based. There are no installations and no physical media. All processing, storage, and delivery happen on our secure cloud infrastructure.

3. Delivery timeline

Typical timelines for digital delivery on Chatref:

• Account creation: instant.
• $50 free credit on signup: instant.
• Credit top-up after payment: within a few minutes of payment confirmation.
• Chatbot training on uploaded content: 2 to 5 minutes, depending on volume.
• Chat widget deployment: instant, once the embed code is on your site.
• Payment receipt email: within a few minutes.

In rare cases, if payment verification is delayed, credit may take up to 30 minutes to appear. If your top-up is not reflected within this time, please contact hello@chatref.ai.

4. Service availability

Chatref targets 99.9% uptime across all services. The platform is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with global availability. Scheduled maintenance windows, if any, are communicated in advance by email and on the dashboard.

5. Data hosting and storage

All account data, chatbot configurations, and content are stored securely on cloud servers. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest using industry-standard encryption. We comply with GDPR and applicable data protection laws. For more, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Credit balance and top-ups

Chatref does not offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Credit is consumed per chatbot response, and your account stays active as long as you hold a positive balance.

When your balance runs low, you can top up at any time from the billing dashboard. Top-ups are one-time charges with no recurring debits, no auto-renewals, and nothing to cancel. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.

7. No physical shipping

Because Chatref is a fully digital service:

• No physical goods are shipped or delivered.
• No shipping charges apply at checkout or on any invoice.
• No delivery address is required to activate the service or top up credit.
• All invoices and receipts are delivered electronically to your registered email address.
