How do I use the trading platform mobile app?
Get started by downloading the trading platform mobile app and logging in with your credentials. The dashboard gives you an instant snapshot of markets and your portfolio. Use the bottom navigation to jump between watchlists, trade tickets, and account settings. Tap any asset for interactive charts and order placement. Help is one tap away through the knowledge-base-powered chat, and custom actions let you manage alerts or preferences without leaving the conversation.
Getting Started
Download the app from the official store for your device. After installation, log in with your trading account. You will land on the dashboard, which shows your portfolio summary and the most-watched instruments. A brief onboarding tour walks you through the key app features - swipe through it or tap “Skip” to go straight to trading.
Navigating the App
The bottom tab bar hosts the four core areas:
- Home: dashboard and market headlines
- Watchlists: custom lists of instruments you track
- Trade: order entry and position management
- Portfolio: current holdings, P&L, and transaction history
Tap the menu icon (top left) for advanced tools, education, and support. Swipe left or right on any screen to switch between related views, for example moving from a stock chart to its news feed.
Placing a Trade
Open the Trade tab and search for an instrument by name or symbol. From the instrument detail page, tap Buy or Sell. The order ticket appears with bid/ask quotes pre-filled. Choose order type (market, limit, stop, etc.), enter quantity, and review the estimated cost. Tap Preview Order, verify the details, then confirm to submit. You can monitor fills in the Orders section under the portfolio tab.
Customizing Your Dashboard
Long-press on any widget in the dashboard to rearrange or remove it. Tap the + button to add new modules - choose from balances, open positions, economic calendar, or news. You can also reorder the bottom tabs to match your workflow: go to Settings > Navigation and drag the tabs into the order you prefer. Widgets adjust to both light and dark mode automatically.
Getting Advanced Help
Tap the floating help button (question mark icon) anywhere in the app to open the support chat. The chat is grounded in our full trading knowledge base, so it answers questions instantly from official guides, policy docs, and platform how-tos. If you need to perform an account-related action - like resetting 2FA or updating a margin status - just type what you need and the custom actions in the chat will present interactive prompts to complete the task securely without leaving the conversation.
